Kim Kardashian is not one to shy away from the public eye, but there are some things she wants kept secret — like her proposal from Kanye West.TMZ reports that Kim and Kanye are allegedly suing Chad Hurley, co-founder of YouTube, for leaking the big moment from AT&T Park in San Francisco on his new Internet venture, MixBit.
Win $500 from Life & Style HEREAccording to the lawsuit documents, Kimye’s lawyer, Eric George, claims Hurley wasn’t even invited to the Oct. 21 event, but manipulated his way in — and he signed a confidentiality agreement. What’s worse for Hurley is that they even got him to take a pic with the document.“Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else,” the couple, who are parents to 4-month-old daughter North, say in their lawsuit.
Kanye West Continues to Gush About Kim Kardashian
Hurley tweeted out the video to his nearly million Twitter followers just two days after Kanye got down on one knee and proposed with a 15-carat diamond ring. He also sent out a press release, heavily promoting the MixBit app.
Kimye are suing for punitive damages. Though the pair don’t say how much the video was worth, they do mention that it was destined to air on TV.
