New Gig Alert! Anfisa Nava Announces She Is a Certified Personal Trainer After Leaving ’90 Day Fiancé’
Hard work pays off! 90 Day Fiancé alum Anfisa Nava (née Arkhipchenko) announced that she has a new job while taking to Instagram on Tuesday, November 26, revealing that she is officially a certified personal trainer. The former TLC star said that she took the NASM fitness exam to get her credentials last week.
Anfisa confessed that she finally made it happen “after a whole lot of procrastination” and she couldn’t be happier about this exciting business venture.
“Fitness has completely changed my life and became a huge part of it and I’m so excited to now be able to help all of you achieve your fitness goals,” the 24-year-old wrote in her caption.
“A lot of you have been asking me to be your trainer before, but I felt like it wouldn’t be fair to you to do that without having a proper certification. Yes, I was able to change my body on my own and then prep for the competition with the help of my coach @paulrevelia, but it doesn’t mean that I had the knowledge to help others with their goals,” she continued.
The Russian beauty said that she wanted to be a “good representation of the fitness community,” instead of just trying to make money off people.
“Now I’m just figuring out the technical side of it and very soon I will launch my very own workout programs,” Anfisa shared.
Back in December 2018, the former TV personality opened up about her passion for bodybuilding shortly after her husband, Jorge Nava, was sentenced to prison for two and a half years. Anfisa said she filled the “void” she felt by hitting the gym and focusing on her well-being. “ONE DAY I want to take it on a higher level and compete in NPC bikini division,” she wrote.
The brunette bombshell also shut down any nay-sayers who weren’t supporting her vision going forward. “I’m not a part of 90 Day Fiancé, so if you don’t want to see anything other than 90 Day Fiancé related stuff and you want to keep commenting nasty things under my pictures, please unfollow me and move on,” Anfisa added.
Since then, Anfisa has made her fitness dreams come true! When she appeared in her second bikini competition over the summer, the star won every category, and ended up walking away with several prizes.
She is clearly a force to be reckoned with!
