She’s raring and ready to go! 90 Day Fiancé alum Anfisa Navagushed about her impending bikini competition on Friday, June 21 — and needless to say, the reality star couldn’t contain her enthusiasm. The 23-year-old has been training for her first fitness competition for 12 weeks now and she has made some seriously incredible strides with her body. The day before the competition, Anfisa made a post to her Instagram with her trainer, shouting him out for all his hard work. “With the best coach @paulrevelia 💪🏻 Ready for my NPC debut tomorrow 🙈 It’s time to get some rest now 🌚,” she wrote on June 21.
Paul replied to the post with, “Sleep! Almost time.” But Anfisa was honest about her capacity for shut-eye: “I can’t, I’m too excited!” Instead, she shared a few pretty hot pose photos with us on her IG Stories.
Fans and followers naturally flocked to the comments section of her latest post to share their well wishes and luck with the fit babe. “Get it baby girl! You’ve worked so hard and we’re all so proud of you! ❤️” one fan wrote.
So many fans noted that they’d been watching Anfisa’s journey from the beginning — and to see where she is now is very inspiring. “I’m so pumped. I’ve been watching all the progress and can’t wait to see the results,” one follower wrote. “You rock!”

Naturally, throughout her journey, a lot of followers used her penchant for posting update photos to ask about her routine and what keeps her so focused on such a huge goal. Luckily for fans, she’s very open and even gave a full breakdown of her meals early in her prep.
However, she does roll back around to the basics and does chicken, sweet potatoes and broccoli for dinner. She seasons both her lunch and dinner meals with her favorite coconut Aminos seasoning, too, for some extra flavor.
“This is not very different from what I’ve been eating before I started prep,” the reality star explained about the regimented training diet. “I adjust the amounts of ingredients in each meal based on my macro goals for the day.”
“If it’s a day when I can have more carbs, I make more sweet potatoes/lentils/or eat a couple more rice cakes,” she explained. “If it’s a lower carb day, I do the opposite or switch higher carb foods with something lower in carbs.”
Of course, sometimes Anfisa has off days, but she knows a great little hack when she’s tired of the meal prep. “Some days when I’m too lazy to cook a whole meal, I have a protein shake instead, but most of the time I’m able to hit my macros without it,” she revealed.
A few days out from her competition, the sexy starlet posted a hot abs pic on her Instagram in anticipation for the big day. “It’s a low carb day,” she captioned the photo. “But I’m still feeling happy and energized because my first show is only 6 days away 🙈🎉”
Clearly, the girl has her fitness and her food on lock — something that a lot of people struggle with when it comes to finding the perfect balance. Progress is definitely dependent on that balance, y’all!
