While Teen Mom 2stars Kailyn Lowryand Leah Messer have been besties for quite some time, fans are beginning to speculate that there’s something more ~romantic~ going on between the reality TV pair. It all started on Monday, April 29, when both 27-year-old mamas took to Instagram to post some steamy (literally) snapshots from their night time excursion to a Costa Rican hot spring.

“My chick bad, badder than yours,” Leah captioned her post with some Ludacris lyrics, along with a winky face emoji. Oh, and as you can see, the blonde beauty has her legs wrapped around Kailyn. Ohh, la la!

Kailyn then posted a PDA-packed picture on her own Instagram account of Leah giving the proud mama a big kiss on the cheek.

While one flirty picture isn’t usually enough to spark dating rumors, two always does the trick! Within a couple of hours, Kailyn and Leah had some hardcore shippers leaving comments.

Of course, not everyone was on board with the idea of Kailyn and Leah dating. In fact, a handful of people clapped back at shippers.

So much so, that as far as the Teen Mom franchise is concerned, Leah and Kailyn are seemingly the closest.

From fun nights out to trips all over the world, as well as bonding over their beautiful kiddos — Kailyn is mother to Isaac, 9, Lincoln, 5, and Lux, 20 months, and Leah is mother to 9-year-olds twins, Aliannah and Aleeah, and 6-year-old Adalynn — it’s not surprising that fans want these ladies to be involved.

That said, we certainly hope that all of this romance speculation doesn’t make anything, er, awkward between them! After all, just because you’re BFFs, doesn’t mean you want to date. Either way, Leah and Kailyn’s bond will always be #goals.
