Are Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson Getting Married Now That There’s a Baby in the Picture?
First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes baby in the baby carriage… unless you’re a Kardashian! Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson have been K-I-S-S-I-N-G for a year now, and on Sept. 26 we learned that they’re expecting their first baby together. It turns out that Tristan was already thinking about proposing to Khloé before the happy news broke. A Kardashian insider told Life & Style previously that “They’re talking about getting engaged by September. Tristan has asked her sisters what kind of ring she’d want and he’s planning a very romantic proposal.” He may have been thrown off his game a little by the pregnancy news breaking before they planned, but it’s definitely something he wants and has in mind for the near future!
However, Khloé definitely doesn’t feel obligated to get married just because they’re having a child. If they tie the knot, she wants it to be because that’s what they both want. “Khloé hasn’t typically cared about getting married before having a baby,” a source told Us Weekly. “She’s open to it, but it’s not a prerequisite, to be married before having kids.”
Khloé was definitely thinking more about the parenting side of things than getting engaged on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, saying, “Tristan and I definitely talk about having kids. He wants to have five or six kids with me and that’s lovely.” Tristan had a baby with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig last year, but Khloé isn’t letting that slow her down. “We could start at one and grow from there.” Looks like they’re already getting their big family started!
