Clearly, pregnancy doesn’t slow Ashley Graham down one bit. The 31-year-old took to Instagram on Monday, September 30, to show off her workout regimen, and it’s intense. We stan a strong queen!

“It’s a lifestyle,” she captioned the video, which consisted of her doing cable pulls. Needless to say, we’re impressed with Ash’s dedication, and so are her followers. “You’re my idol,” commented one person. “You can see your abs even though you’re pregnant. Goals AF,” wrote a second fan. “Yes sis! Such an inspiration and absolutely love your commitment!” wrote a third person.

Earlier that day, the Sports Illustrated alum shared a video while at the gym in which she poked fun at her changing body. “My boobs have never looked so tiny … ever!” Ashley said on her Instagram Story. “They’ve never looked this tiny in my life. Thank you to my stomach. Hello, small titties!” LOL. We love that the curvy model is making the best of this experience.

The brunette beauty announced she was expecting her first child with her husband, Justin Ervin, on August 14, which also happened to be the couple’s wedding anniversary. “Nine years ago today, I married the love of my life. It has been the best journey with my favorite person in the world!” Ashley captioned a video with her hubby. “Today, we are feeling so blessed, grateful and excited to celebrate with our GROWING FAMILY! Happy anniversary, [Justin]. Life is about to get even better.”

Justin, 30, also took to IG to gush about his lady, calling her his “forever love and my daily inspiration.” He wished Ash a happy anniversary as well and shared his excitement over their bundle of joy. “Now that we’ve made a life together, let’s make a life together. I love you and I love us. All of us …” he wrote.

Before announcing her pregnancy to the world, Ashley got candid about what she thinks parenting will be like for her and Justin as an interracial couple. “I want to know as much as I can as a white woman who is going to be raising black children,” she told Allure in an interview published in June. “We’re going to have to have that conversation of ‘Mommy’s white, Daddy’s black,’ and I want to be prepared.” She’s going to make a great mom!
