“The Carters celebrated Beyoncé’s birthday with a sailing trip on the Adriatic Sea along the coast of Croatia,” an insider told E! News about the couple’s September 4 trip with 8-year-old Blue Ivy and 3-year-old twins Rumi and Sir. “They spent most of their time on the superyacht, Lana, anchored in the Dubrovnik Riviera.” The family later “took a smaller boat to the heart-shaped island of Galesnjak for a birthday meal.”

“They made a few trips to shore where they took photos of the coast and each other,” the source added. “They all had a great time.” Though it seems the trip was one for the books, the Grammy award winner has yet to share any personal photographs from the trip on social media.

As for their epic ride, which is exclusively for charter with Imperial Yachts, it was top of the line as far as luxury was concerned — bound to make anyone’s birthday exceptional.
