*Cue the Awws* Beyoncé, Jay-Z and Their Kids Are a ‘Tight-Knit’ Family Who ‘Do Everything Together’
Family comes first! Beyoncé and Jay-Z may be international superstars, but that doesn’t mean they don’t make time for their kids. In fact, it’s quite the opposite.
“Jay-Z and Beyonce have nannies for the kids and their assistants help out too, but they mostly try and bring the kids everywhere,” a source told Us Weekly. “Blue always travels with Beyoncé and comes with her when she’s working. The twins are getting older and Beyoncé has been taking them out a little more too … They’re a very tight-knit family and like to do everything together.” The couple share three children together — Blue Ivy, whom they welcomed in 2012, and twins Rumi and Sir, who were born in 2017.
Despite being a famous billionaire, 49, the rapper is actually pretty normal when it comes to parenting. “Jay-Z does a lot of daddy duty stuff and he takes Blue to school and things like that,” the insider revealed. Can you imagine seeing Jay-Z while dropping your own kid off at school? Super casual.
Let’s face it. While this family does normal stuff like everyone else, they still have their over-the-top moments. We don’t blame them, though! Blue Ivy may only be a kid, but already, she has professionals helping her with clothes.
“Of course Blue has her own personal stylist!” a source exclusively revealed to Life & Style. Apparently, the 7-year-old’s personal shopper/stylist is Beyoncé’s former assistant Manuel Mendez. “She has an eye for fashion and is always by her mom’s side,” the insider gushed. “She loves the whole process of getting dressed and glammed up, having her hair done and being photographed.”
Considering her mom, 37, is a style icon, it’s no surprise Blue has a keen interest in fashion. “Blue’s stylist brings her one of a kind fashions for every day, for vacations, red carpet events, for family photo shoots, etc.” the insider explained. We can’t wait to see how her style evolves over the years!
