Do we hear wedding bells? Bachelor in Paradise couple Kendall Long and Joe Amabile completely stole our hearts and we’re ready for them to take the next step, but are they? The couple is still going strong and it turns out their quickie reality TV connection has helped them relax and enjoy the ride even more.

“Our whole entire relationship is about being engaged … As two people who are mainly afraid of commitment, it makes it so the idea of talking about engagement isn’t scary,” the 27-year-old said at iHeartRadio’s ALTer Ego concert. “It just makes it more fun and we think that it will definitely, possibly happen someday but as of now, we want to get so many more things solidified in our life before we take the next step.”

Since the two were thrown into the spotlight after leaving Paradise, questions about putting a ring on that finger have been constantly floating around them. In case you were wondering, the two have no regrets about leaving the Bachelor spinoff without a Neil Lane ring.

“No, we don’t regret not getting engaged on the show. We take it day by day and we really just enjoy hanging out with each other,” the 32-year-old Chicago native exclusively spilled to Life & Style. “We don’t feel any need for that added pressure of an engagement, but we are solid, so you never know.”

“We’re just taking it day by day,” the former grocery store owner explained. “We want to start traveling together because we really haven’t been able to do much with Dancing With the Stars.” The reality star has had a jam-packed schedule while traveling on tour with the competition show.
