Wedding bells could be in the near future for Bachelor in Paradise alums Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk. The Arkansas native dished to fans that she is ready to get hitched and the couple has talked extensively about it. Raven, 27, answered burning inquiries from fans during an Instagram Q&A on May 1. She was surprisingly candid about where she saw her relationship with Adam, 29, going.

“Yes and yes,” the brunette beauty responded confidently when asked if she thought the reality stud is “the one” and if they talk about marriage regularly.

She continued, “We both want to be married and we are very very open about it with each other.” Communication is key, people.

Not About the Rock
When someone inquired about what she hopes her future engagement ring looks like, the Grey Suede owner made it clear that she’s not after the diamond. “Girl, I could get a ring pop and I’d be happy,” the reality starlet joked. Considering Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas just had a Vegas wedding complete with the candy jewelry, it’s not that far out of the realm of possibilities.

Keeping It Real
Raven was sure to note that she hasn’t been dreaming about her big day since she was a little girl. “I’ve never been the type to think about that or my wedding dress or a wedding venue,” she added with a shrugging emoji.

A Special Love
The couple may have found love on reality television but their relationship seems solid as a rock. A separate fan begged to know the secret of their happy and healthy romance. “It’s hard to say,” Raven began her lengthy answer.

“I have definitely been in horrible unhealthy relationships,” the Southern beauty admitted. “I think it depends on self maturity [and] growth.”

She explained that it’s all about how you work together as a couple. “Also, some people can either bring out the best or the worst. Adam brings out the best in me that I’ve never had before.”

Of course, the Arkansas babe added a bit of her signature sass. She quipped, “IDK if he should take credit for that or myself for growing into that.”
Adam was a contestant vying for Rachel Lindsay‘s heart during season 13 of The Bachelorette He famously brought a miniature version of himself during night one (a.k.a. Adam Jr.) and was able to charm the lawyer. However, he was sent packing before hometowns.

Brought Together
By some sort of reality TV magic (read: Chris Harrison) these two ended up crossing paths on a Mexican beach and haven’t looked back.

It turns out, it was a lot more than just an emotional connection. “When I was on [Bachelor in Paradise], he would take me into the ocean and say some dirty s—t to me,” Raven confessed during Kaitlyn Bristowe‘s Off the Vine podcast.

Although the two aren’t engaged (yet), Raven shared back in August that they do indeed live together in Dallas.

Totally Smitten
It’s obvious that Raven is head-over-heels for her stand-up guy. “Adam is my favorite person. I’m thankful he is the man he is. He sets an example for how every man should treat a woman,” she wrote on Instagram in July.

Too Cute
However, that doesn’t mean he puts her on a pedestal. “Don’t get me wrong he puts me in my place, but he also loves every bit of me. I don’t think I could love him more, but I continue to fall more in love with him every day,” she continued.
