REPORTBrad Pitt Will Not Be Prosecuted For Alleged Child Abuse Incident
According to a new report, Brad Pitt will not face charges for the alleged child abuse incident that occurred on his private plane last month.
In a statement made on Sept. 22, the FBI said it was “continuing to gather facts and will evaluate whether an investigation at the federal level will be pursued.”

Law enforcement sources have since told TMZ that the FBI never opened an official investigation against the 52-year-old actor because there was “no case.”

As Life & Style previously reported, the Oscar winner allegedly got “verbally abusive and physical” with one of his six children after an argument with wife Angelina Jolie on Sept. 14.
The brunette beauty filed for divorce less than a week later, releasing a statement through her manager that said she “will always do what’s in the best interest to protect her children.”

Sources have since suggested that the couple’s eldest son Maddox, 15, was at the center of the child abuse claims.
