Bradley Cooper Shows Off His Dad Skills At Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively’s Daughter James’ Party
Dad of the year! Bradley Cooper has always been about his daughter, Lea De Seine, whom he shares with ex Irina Shayk, and he recently showed off how good of a father he is. The 44-year-old attended Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively‘s daughter James‘ fifth birthday party on December 16 with his little one, and onlookers revealed that he was super involved.
“He was a very hands-on dad, crouching down onto her level and running around playing with her,” a source told Us Weekly. “The children at the party enjoyed the sprinkle pool and banana room.” Sounds like a good time!
The A Star is Born actor and the 2-year-old cutie have the best bond. “Bradley and Lea love being together,” another insider told Life & Style magazine in November. “Spending time with her has completely changed his life and perspective.”
So what exactly does the pair do? “He loves planning a day with Lea — packing snacks, putting her down for naps, the whole thing,” the source divulged. “They take long walks, go to the park, play with dolls and he loves reading to her. .”
The insider continued, “He takes her to music classes, museums and gym groups. He’s there for her playdates and doctor appointments, he’s wiping away her tears and working to potty train her.”
Bradley and Irina split in June, and since then, he’s began putting himself out there. “Bradley’s slowly getting back onto the dating scene,” the insider said, though the actor’s rep has denied this. However, Lea is his main focus no matter what. “While Bradley’s career is important to him, everything in his life takes a back seat to his daughter,” the source added. “So any future relationship will most definitely come second to Lea.”
Similarly, the supermodel is also playing the field. “Irina’s girlfriends are trying to find her a good man,” another source told Life & Style magazine in December. “Irina knows what she wants and that’s stability.” We’re glad they’re both looking out for their little one!
