Camille Grammer Reveals She Had Breast Implants Removed in New Photo: ‘New Year, New Look’

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Camille Grammer entered 2025 with a new figure, revealing she got her breast implants removed.

“New Year, new look. I was over the look of my implants and wanted the natural look. I feel much better without them,” Camille, 56, wrote next to a Thursday, January 2, Instagram photo of her new body in a green bikini. She also thanked her plastic surgeon, Dr. Robert Cohen.

RHOBH star Sutton Stracke applauded Camille’s decision, commenting “Yep,” while Real Housewives of Orange County alum Gretchen Rossi cheered, “Omg so amazing love! You look great.”

One fan told the former reality star, “You look great!!!” and asked, “With all the celebrities that are reaching and approaching a maturer stage in life’s cycle, I’d like to know if this is more so of a maturity factor, but you would still stand on the surgeries for the time you had it in your younger years? Or if you could go back in time you would have never done it kind of stance?!?!”

Camille replied, “Probably a combination of all the above.”

The mom of two rang in the new year in Hawaii, with daughter Mason and son Jude, whom she shares with ex-husband Kelsey Grammer. Camille also celebrated alongside husband David Meyer, whom she married in 2018.

“Happy New Year from Hawaii! Celebrating with friends and family. Here’s to a year of blessings and beyond. Happy New Year 2025!” Camille captioned a carousel of photos on Wednesday, January 1, from the tropical getaway.

“Down the line, I’ve always said … I’m for it. Why not?” Camille told LAgoss.com in 2017, admitting she thought about getting a facelift.

“It all depends on how you feel. Definitely a facelift at 50-something – it will be my 50-year-old birthday gift!” she continued.

Camille admitted the pressures of Hollywood to remain looking youthful were a challenge, explaining, “This town is tough,” but credited then-boyfriend David with making her feel beautiful. “He likes the way I look, so I’m very happy. I don’t have the pressure on me,” she explained, joking, “If I was single, the pressure’s on here in this town. I’d have to move to somewhere else!”

The Bravolebrity revealed in 2010 what work she had done during an appearance on Judith Regan’s SiriusXM radio show

“Oh God, what have I done? Let’s see, obviously I’ve had a breast augmentation and … Botox absolutely — just a crock full of Botox,” Camille confessed.

Since then, Camille has twice battled cancer. In 2013, she was diagnosed with stage 2 endometrial cancer and diagnosed with skin cancer in 2017.

“Ladies listen to your bodies. If something doesn’t seem right go for a checkup. Don’t put it off. Annual checkups are important,” Camille told followers in an Instagram post following her second diagnosis.

“Early detection is key. Many people, if something shows up like this, they’ll ignore it. They’ll think, ‘Oh it’s a mole, it’s a pimple, it’s a rash, it’s an ingrown hair from shaving,'” she told People at the time. “This isn’t an aggressive cancer, but if it goes undetected, it could spread and metastasize to the lymph nodes and other organs close to the area. I’m lucky we found it early.”
