Over a decade down and still so in love! Carrie Underwood gushed over her husband, Mike Fisher, as they celebrated their 11-year anniversary of when they first met on October 8. After being introduced by the country singer’s bassist Mark Childers backstage at one of her concerts, the pair got married in 2009. It’s amazing to see that they celebrate all the fun milestones.

“11 years ago yesterday, I met the love of my life,” the 36-year-old songstress captioned an adorable selfie of her and the hockey player, 39, enjoying a candlelit dinner on Instagram. “Patient, kind, the best dad, handsome, of course! Someone who accepts me and all my flaws … the same as me in many ways … opposite in some. But he is my match. The iron to sharpen me.”

How did the Grammy winner celebrate her rock-solid relationship? By keeping it simple and intimate. “A rare night out with amazing food and even more amazing company and conversation. Here’s to so many more years together. Love you, babe!” she concluded the sweet tribute.

The couple just welcomed their second son, Jacob Bryan, into the world back in January and have definitely been in full parenting mode ever since. They also share their 4-year-old son, Isaiah Michael. You would never guess that the blonde beauty just had a baby because she’s looking better than ever these days. A source exclusively dished to Life & Style that getting back in shape was all about organizing her busy life and not being afraid to also make herself a priority.

“At first, she had a hard time juggling her new schedule, with a newborn, a new tour/rehearsals and everything else in her life,” the insider explained in July. “But soon everything fell into place. She never wanted to steal family time to work out and would feel guilty, but she realized how important it was to her to make time for herself.”

It’s no secret that the former American Idol alum is a total gym junkie and she doesn’t let her hectic schedule get in the way. “Carrie has been working hard on tour, working out daily in her mobile gym,” the insider continued. “Carrie feels her most confident and happy when she is physically fit, so it’s been a priority for her. She’s talked about her weight struggles before, how she has always been quite hard on herself.”

Keep killing it, mama!
