Grab your ballroom shoes because Dancing With the Stars has officially announced the season 28 cast and it’s star-studded! On August 21, host Tom Bergeron and a plethora of dance mavens hit Times Square for the big reveal on Good Morning America. The show has been teasing potential A-listers, including former Bachelorette star Hannah Brown, and they definitely delivered.

Who will we watch tango, foxtrot and shuffle ball change this season besides Hannah? Queer Eye‘s Karamo Brown, Lauren Alaina, James Van Der Beek, Ray Lewis, Kate Flannery, Ally Brooke, Lamar Odom, Kel Mitchell, Sean Spicer and Christie Brinkley. The new season kicks off on September 16 and we’re so ready.

Bobby Bones and Sharna Burgess were met with mixed reviews last season when they won the coveted mirror ball trophy. Despite their low scores from the judges every week, the fan vote cinched them the victory. After being met with criticism from fans, it seems as though the reality competition show has been working on reformatting how judging works.

Tom teased that things were changing on July 2. He confirmed that Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli will be returning but added, “You’ll see those three lovable mugs for sure. Probably won’t see those 10 paddles for awhile, tho.”

ABC Entertainment president Karey Burke also confirmed that it would be a “big season” with a few changes. “It won’t be major format changes, just tweaking and tinkering … the show’s been on so long and it’s been so successful elsewhere, I think they’ve done quite an impressive job of looking at what works,” she told Deadline on August 5.

It’s safe to say that people are … conflicted over the cast announcement. There are some amazing people competing but also some very controversial celebs from over the years. “Mary Wilson and Christie Brinkley! Annnnnnd Ray Lewis and Sean Spicer. #DWTS goes high and very, very low,” one person tweeted about the announcement. Another person added, “Karamo gonna be pulling Sean Spicer aside for some DEEEEP therapy.” A separate fan noted, “I am soo excited. Willing to see how far Lamar goes cause basketball players haven’t had a great track record on #DWTS comparative to the NFL players.”
