Dr. Steven Fallek exclusively told Life & Style in November 2023 that it’s clear the country star has had some nips and tucks. “Her skin looks better,” said the New Jersey–based plastic surgeon, who has not treated Carrie. “She’s probably had some laser or microderm-abrasion to improve her skin texture.” And that’s not all: “Lateral cheeks also look more pronounced, so I’d say some filler there too.”

It’s all part of being in show business – especially now that the mom two (with husband Mike Fisher) has hit 40. “She wants to maintain her youthful appearance as long as possible,” an insider exclusively told Life & Style. “Carrie’s aware that looks are everything in this industry.” To that end, she’s been discreetly getting help with the upkeep, the insider said. “Just a little lip plumping and smoothing away of lines, but she’d rather not admit it given her wholesome image.”

Three plastic surgeons, none of whom have treated the singer, exclusively spoke to Life & Style in October 2024 and shared their opinions on what treatments and procedures Carrie might have had.

“[Carrie may] have made some subtle enhancements to her lower facial silhouette,” double board-certified and fellowship-trained facial cosmetic surgeon Dr. Renata Khelemsky said. “And her skin is absolutely radiant. It’s possible she’s undergone a light chemical peel or laser resurfacing treatments often favored for achieving that luminous glow.”

Board-certified Charleston, South Carolina, plastic surgeon Dr. Dennis Schimpf agreed, adding that her “glowing” skin “is most likely due to medical grade skin care products along with laser treatments or peels to continue to stimulate new healthy skin growth and repair skin damage secondary to the sun, natural aging, and climate.”

Dr. Schimpf also said that Carrie’s jawline and chin appear to have been “dramatically improved most likely due to jawline and chin fillers to give that sharp, defined appearance, which she did not have prior.” Additionally, “her neck appears smaller, possibly due to liposuction of the neck further improving her jawline and chin region.”

Dr. Ramtin Kassir, MD, a triple board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, said that “the increased fullness in Carrie’s upper lip, particularly when she smiles, suggests she may have had lip fillers to enhance volume in a natural way.” The founder of Kassir Plastic Surgery and Inside Beauty Spa added that “her cheeks have a slight lift and improved definition, which can be achieved through filler injections that sharpen the cheekbones, giving her face a more polished look.”
