Sofia and Scott put those winter clothes they were trying on to good use with a trip to Colorado. The pair took to the mountains with Paris Hilton and the whole Kar-Jenner clan.

The couple went to Cabo for a second time this year to celebrate Mason and Reign‘s birthday. Surprisingly, Kourtney tagged along for the trip.

Saudi Arabia.

This exotic trip took the couple halfway across the globe to the Middle East. The pair looked fab in the desert dressed in neutral tones.

Although their trip seemed a little rocky, Scott and Sofia seemed to have a mostly fun time during their visit to Australia in early November.

The two never miss an opportunity to do extra luxe activities, like hang out on a yacht.

Of course, the couple made a trip to the east coast this summer to visit a few of their fab friends, including Jonathan Cheban.

Scott and Kourtney took their kids on an epic vacation to Bali in October without Sofia. However, Lord Disick rendezvoused with his girlfriend in Singapore afterwards.

Sofia was all smiles while boating during the pair’s trip to Greece in July.

Sofia posted a sweet photo for her beau’s birthday in May. Around the same time, Scott posted a photo of his kids while in St. Barts, alluding to the fact that Sofia was with them on the trip.
