‘Teen Mom’ Alum Farrah Abraham Celebrates Film School Graduation With Daughter Sophia in Beverly Hills
What’s up, grad? Teen Mom alum Farrah Abraham was spotted celebrating her film school graduation at celeb hotspot Spago in Beverly Hills on Saturday, September 12.
In photos obtained by Life & Style, the 29-year-old could be seen rocking her grad robes and cap, as well as a matching black face mask. She also held a gorgeous bouquet in some of the shots. Farrah’s daughter, Sophia Abraham, was seen alongside her mama in a cute white jumpsuit and a black face mask.
Graduating with your degree is no easy feat, but the Nebraska native has a foolproof strategy for keeping your eyes on the prize. “I think our daily affirmations really work,” she previously revealed to Life & Style. “Keep telling yourself good things!” She also noted to “keep going higher and push yourself.”
When she’s not working on her smarts, the MTV alum is working on her health and wellness. “I have been doing Pilates. I have been doing just stretching — just pure stretching classes — nothing else,” Farrah previously explained about her fitness routine. “There have been a lot of good new workouts. So, I am kind of like doing two-a-days, but with a different workout regimen.”
Most recently, the mother of one showed off her incredible curves while hanging out on the beach in a red, white and blue bikini during a trip to Catalina Island on September 7. “I love my body. Like, I am the healthiest I have ever been,” the starlet previously gushed. “I am the happiest. I am not so fit … I am more feminine now. So, I have been enjoying it, I really have been.”
Aside from schoolwork and gym time, Farrah is dedicated to her 11-year-old girl — and she previously told In Touch she doesn’t believe in “shaming” her daughter when she slips up. “Physiologists clearly show that is bad for kids,” Farrah explained to the outlet. “More parents should guide and educate their children to be prepared for the future.” In fact, the 16 and Pregnant alum is all about using her “celebrity, power, drive, work ethic and profession” to “help and lift others up,” including her tween.
