Holy Abs! Farrah Abraham Flaunts Her Toned Tummy While Jogging With Daughter Sophia in Los Angeles

Setting a positive example! Farrah Abraham showed off her commitment to health and fitness, as well as her killer abs, while jogging in Los Angeles with daughter Sophia Abraham on Tuesday, September 1.

The longtime reality TV star, 29, rocked a printed sports bra and matching leggings, while Sophia, 11, wore a fun sweatsuit and face mask. While the duo’s outfits didn’t exactly match, it’s clear they were going for the same vibe.

Of course, this is hardly the first time Farrah has been photographed out and about exercising. In fact, the Ex on the Beach has a serious workout routine. “I always go HAM. It’s summer all year long for me,” Farrah previously told Life & Style.

“Boxing is always great, I am not going to lie, but I have been mixing [it] up,” she specified. “I have been doing Pilates. I have been doing just stretching — just pure stretching classes — nothing else. There have been a lot of good new workouts. So, I am kind of like doing two-a-days, but [with] a different workout regimen.”

As a result, Farrah is feeling herself like never before. “I love my body. Like, I am the healthiest I have ever been,” the Nebraska native gushed. “I am the happiest. I am not so fit like I was. I am more feminine now. So, I have been enjoying it, I really have been.”

When Farrah isn’t breaking a sweat, she’s spending as much quality with Sophia as possible, and sometimes, that means no electronics! “I think if social media gets so serious, we kind of just, like, take a step back. So I’ve just kind of been limiting my posts, limiting Sophia’s time. We love social media, like [we all] do,” Farrah explained to Life & Style in July.

“I barely post because if I’m not posting something, that’s like me in the sunshine or me going outside or me just having fun with my family,” she continued. “I don’t really care to post anymore. I just want positivity and happiness.”
