Gigi Hadid and Kacey Musgraves Are BFF Goals on the 2019 CMA Awards Red Carpet

The BFFs we didn’t know we needed. Gigi Hadid and Kacey Musgraves were too cute while posing together on the red carpet for the 2019 Country Music Association Awards in Nashville on Wednesday, November 13. The ladies had a blast goofing around with each other and looked gorgeous doing it.

The model, 24, and singer, 31, held hands and blew each other kisses as they slayed at the glitzy country music event.

Gigi rocked a slightly sheer turtleneck dress and white boots with dangly earrings. Her long blonde hair was done in loose waves. As for Kacey, she stood out in a yellow gown covered in sequins and feathers. She kept her mile-long black locks straightened to complete her Cher-inspired ensemble.

It’s not surprising that the songstress hit it off with the Victoria’s Secret model. Gigi and her sister Bella Hadid are well-known stans of the artist and frequently attend her concerts.

Kacey has quickly become a pillar in the country music world. Before the awards show aired, she already won Music Video of the Year for “Rainbow.” She is also nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year and Song of the Year.

“Cheers! I adored making this video so so much,” she wrote on her Instagram Story after receiving her early award. She later posted a sweet message gushing over how excited she was for the fun evening ahead. “Tonight is gonna be special,” she noted on a photo of rainbow lights.

The “Slow Burn” artist has been busy on tour this past year and has been loving the ride. “This entire chapter of my life can’t be real. Last night can’t be real. WE BROKE THE ATTENDANCE RECORD. We. Thank you,” she wrote to her fans on Instagram on October 27.

Gigi is not her only celebrity fan. “WOW!! Go go go!” Reese Witherspoon commented on the heartfelt post. Singer Holly Audrey Williams added, “This is absolutely unbelievable you are a true role model to all the young girls who want to stay true to their heart and represent their art in the way they want to.”
