Golden Bachelorette’s Mark Anderson Sparks Dating Rumors With ‘One Tree Hill’ Alum Barbara Woods

The Golden Bachelorette star Mark Anderson has sparked dating rumors with One Tree Hill alum Barbara Woods after his split from Joan Vassos played out on the show.

Barbara – who is best known for portraying Nathan Scott’s mom Deb on One Tree Hill from 2003 until 2012 – took to Instagram on Sunday, October 27, to share a photo of herself, Mark, 57, and her daughter Natalie Alyn Lind dressed up in Halloween costumes. Natalie, 24, was dressed up as an alien, and Barbara, 62, and Mark matched as Cinderella and Prince Charming.

“When Cinderella and Prince Charming have a baby …” Barbara captioned the photo alongside a princess emoji, a prince emoji and a baby emoji.

While Mark’s daughter Kelsey Anderson took to the comments section to say the photo was “so cute,” others couldn’t help but wonder if the reality star and actress are a couple. “Deb and Mr. Anderson?!?!?” one person wrote. Another chimed in, “EXCUSE ME! This was NOT on my bingo card!!!”

Who Do You Want to See as the Next Golden Bachelor?

The shocked comments continued as a third person wrote, “This is so ICONIC I can’t get over it!!!” Meanwhile, others begged the duo to “spill the tea” about their relationship.

Despite sharing the photo together, it’s not clear how they met or what their relationship dynamic is.

Barbara filed for divorce from ex John Lind in May after more than 20 years of marriage. However, divorce documents obtained by People state that the former couple has been separated since November 2021.

Mark recently entered the spotlight when he competed on the debut season of The Golden Bachelorette. He has been single since his late wife, Denise, died in 2018 following her battle with cancer.

While Mark and Joan, 61, seemed to hit it off, she ultimately sent him home during the October 16 episode after she concluded that they weren’t on the same page.

Kelsey, 26, later opened up about her father’s elimination while speaking to Us Weekly on October 23. She said that he “grew a lot from” his time on the show, adding that she’s “really proud of him.”

The former Bachelor contestant – who met fiancé Joey Graziadei during season 28 – added, “I’m also really thankful for Joan in helping my dad through all of this.”

“I know that after he left, he was pretty sad because he did really appreciate Joan and he really did care for her. So I think he had a hard time leaving,” Kelsey continued. “But I think that he really valued his experience through it all and he had the best time. He was like, ‘I made 21 best friends.’ He had the best time and I think that it helped him grow a lot with his grieving as well.”

The Louisiana native also revealed how she would react if Mark is named the next Golden Bachelor lead.

“If that’s what he wants to do, I would fully support him,” she told the outlet. “I think that my dad has grown so much through this journey of The Golden Bachelorette. So, yeah, I would 100 percent be excited for him and support him.”
