ExclusiveNew BFFs? Gwen Stefani and Katy Perry Get ‘Really Friendly’ With Each Other at Met Gala — Watch!
Squad goals! Gwen Stefani and Katy Perry appeared to be having the time of their lives at Moschino’s Met Gala afterparty on May 6. Both stars were “really friendly” with each other at the ritzy event, an eyewitness tells Life & Style exclusively, and we’ve got the video to prove it!
Gwen, 49, and Katy, 34, were among the several A-listers making an appearance at the 2019 Met Gala, which was held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. And the fun didn’t stop there.
“Gwen and Katy were chatting all night at Playboy Club NYC,” the source tells Life & Style exclusively about their after hours adventures. “They arrived around 1:30 a.m. and stayed until 3 a.m. They were at their table with Jeremy Scott and singer Maluma.”
“They were both super nice and took a moment to pose for pics with fans,” our insider exclusively revealed. “Neither of their significant others were with them. They didn’t have sparklers or champagne brought out for them by the bunnies. Their table already had alcohol provided.”
Fans are still going wild over Gwen and Katy’s looks at the Met Gala. Both singers took center stage while hitting the red carpet without their beaus, Blake Shelton and Orlando Bloom. Gwen dropped jaws when she arrived to the event wearing a leotard-style outfit adorned with colorful jewels. The Voice star completed her fierce look with a white fur coat that trailed behind her.
On the other hand, Katy opted for a different approach with her ensemble, while still sticking to the 2019 Met Gala theme “Camp: Notes on Style.” The singer’s outfit “lit” up the place and by that we mean, she was pretty much a walking chandelier. Katy continued to turn heads with her sartorial choices, later changing into a hamburger outfit with a green frock underneath. Way to make a statement!
