Wedding bells are chiming for Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani! But not in the typical way. While the couple hasn’t officially tied the knot quite yet, Blake’s latest music video has those wedding rumors swirling quicker than ever — and for good reason! The 41-year-old country singer’s music video for his single “I’ll Name the Dogs” has a personal connection to his 47-year-old girlfriend, as it features her three sons.

The romantic video shows Blake as a wedding singer on a couple’s big day. As both the groom- and bride-to-be get ready in separate rooms with their families (of course, with a pooch in tow), Blake croons, “I’m talkin’ you and me with the same street name/Same last name, same everything.” Fans were quick to point out the cameo of Gwen’s three sons from a previous marriage — Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo Rossdale.

“Gwen cried the first time she saw the finished video. The combination of the romantic lyrics that Blake sings just for her, seeing her boys on screen, and the surprise twist of it being an older couple getting married hit her right in the heart,” a source told Hollywood Life. “It was so emotional for her in so many ways.”

Thanks to Blake’s follow-up single to “Every Time I Hear That Song,” many fans are wondering if his inspiration for the lyrics is indeed his girlfriend of two years. Though there hasn’t been official confirmation, Gwen — who was previously married to Gavin Rossdale for 12 years before getting a divorce — did upload the single’s cover art to her Instagram. “Can’t wait for everyone to hear this!! Sooooooo good!” she wrote. She added in the hashtags, “#excited” and “#ilovehim.” That’s about all the confirmation we need!

“She and Blake always talk about how they’re going to grow old together, that was the inspiration behind the surprise twist of having the bride and groom be seniors,” the source continued. “Between that and seeing her boys on-screen, looking so grown up it was impossible for her not to cry.”

While many viewers of the video are calling it an actual “proposal,” we’ll just have to wait and see if the couple announces an engagement. “Gwen this song sure does sound like a marriage proposal! IDK if it is but I’m happy for you two,” one Instagram user wrote.

“She’s beyond proud of Blake and so honored that he sings such a beautiful song for her,” the source said. “She feels like the luckiest woman in the world right now.”
