When it comes to popular cosmetic procedures in 2019, lip injections pretty much rule the roost. Here’s the thing, though, not every celebrity who undergoes the procedure feels comfortable disclosing that information. That said, a handful of A-listers don’t seem to mind letting their pout enhancement be known — and that includes Heather Rae Young … well, sort of, anyway.

Unlike Kylie Jenner, for example, Tarek El Moussa’s new girlfriend, 31, didn’t outright say she has lip injections. However, she did definitely hint at it during a fan interaction on Instagram. Basically, on Tuesday, August 13, Heather posted a fierce selfie on social media with the caption, “For interviews today for glam, I decided to go with a natural lip. Tomorrow, maybe I’ll add a pop of color … ? Tell me what is your top restaurant I should try while I’m in New York?”

Side note: That caption is all over the place. Stick to one theme, girl. Anyway, one of Heather’s followers replied with, “Natural lip,” along with three laughing emojis — a.k.a. Insinuating that the idea of the Selling Sunset star having natural lips is a total joke. Thankfully, Heather took the comment in stride and wrote back, “haha natural color,” with a smiley face.

OK, for starters, you go, Heather! Way to turn lemons into lemonade or rather, turn filler accusations into lemonade. Secondly, ummm, that’s totally an admission she has injections, right? We mean, she didn’t say yes … but she didn’t say no. To be honest, we think she looks fabulous no matter what, so it’s really of no consequence.

Unsurprisingly, plenty of others agree. “Love, love, love the lip color! You look beautiful,” one user gushed. “Wow! Love your lips, Heather! Especially the color,” added another. Given that Tarek was recently spotted smooching Heather on a boat, we bet he loves them, too! *Wink, wink.*
