Heidi Klum Boasts That Bedroom Time Is ‘Very Good’ With Her ‘Younger Husband’ Tom Kaulitz
Heidi Klum is enjoying her private time in the bedroom with her much younger husband, Tom Kaulitz, and had a playful response when asked about her approach to staying fit.
“Sport en chambre is my favorite exercise — it sounds better in French,” Heidi, 51, told The Times on Friday, November 1. The French phrase loosely translates to “bedroom sports.”
She continued, “I have a younger husband. I also run around a lot, having four kids. I don’t have an assistant, so I don’t have people pack for me or carry my things, I do everything myself.”
Heidi shares a 16-year age gap with Tom, 35, whom she says plays a major role in her fitness regime. “I have no back or knee pain and I have my husband,” the model said, adding that sex with Tom was “very good”.
“My husband is my match,” she dished. “I eat right, I never exercise too much or do heavy weights. People can push themselves too hard. I listen to my body.”
Her comments come after she and the guitarist wowed in stunning costumes at her 23rd annual Halloween party on Thursday, October 31. The couple went all out, dressing up as E.T., a look she shared “took one year” of planning to perfect.
“When I was 9 years old, the movie came out and I fell in love with the movie, and I fell in love with E.T., and I thought it would be fun if both of us would be E.T. and F.T., and here we are,” she told Entertainment Tonight.
Heidi and Tom first sparked romance rumors in 2018 when they were spotted kissing on the set of America’s Got Talent, several years after finalizing her divorce from Seal. The couple made their debut together later that year, sparking criticism from some due to their significant age gap.
“Lately, I’m being reminded more about my age by people other than myself,” Heidi said during a July 2018 interview with InStyle. “My boyfriend is many years younger than me, and lots of people are questioning that and asking about it. That’s really the only time when age seems to be shoved in my face and I have to give an answer for it.”
She continued, “I don’t really think about it that much otherwise. You have to just live a happy life without worrying too much about what people think because worrying is only going to give you more wrinkles.”
Tom got on one knee on December 24, 2018, and the couple quietly tied the knot two months later in February 2019. Tom appears to have blended seamlessly into Heidi’s family, which includes her children Leni, 20, Henry, 19, Johan, 17, and Lou, 15, whom she shares with Seal. The German native even sought the kids’ permission before proposing to Heidi, and a source told People in 2019 that he saw himself as “an extra dad.”
“It’s been important to Tom to just be respectful of Seal. Tom is very mature and acts beyond his age,” the insider explained.
