Christina Haack (formerly known as Christina Hall) didn’t let her divorce from first husband Tarek El Moussa turn her off of marriage. Fans are wondering how many times the HGTV star has been married following her July 2024 split from estranged husband Josh Hall.
How Many Times Has Christina Hall Been Married?
Christina has been married three times. She tied the knot with Tarek El Moussa in 2009. Christina wed second husband Ant Anstead in 2018 and married third husband Josh Hall in 2021.
How Long Was Christina Hall Married to Tarek El Moussa?
Her first marriage to Tarek El Moussa was her longest. They wed in April 2009 and became famous when their home renovation and flipping show, Flip or Flop, became a huge success after premiering on HGTV in April 2013.
“The day Tarek and I officially started dating, which was October 9, 2006, we moved in together,” she recalled to Good Housekeeping in 2017.
The former couple announced their separation in December 2016, six months after police were called to their Yorba Linda, California, home after Tarek allegedly ran from the house with a gun.
“Like many couples, we have had challenges in our marriage,” the duo said. “We had an unfortunate misunderstanding about six months ago and the police were called to our house in an abundance of caution. There was no violence and no charges were filed.”
The statement continued, “During the process, we are committed to our kids and being the best parents we can be. We will continue to work through this process civilly and cooperatively, and plan to continue our professional life together.”
Tarek filed for divorce in January 2017. The former couple still continued to work together on Flip or Flop after their split. Their divorce was finalized in January 2018.
How Long Was Christina Hall Married to Ant Anstead?
The duo began dating in the fall of 2017, as the Wheeler Dealers host revealed in an April 2018 Instagram post that they had celebrated a six-month anniversary.
Christina and Ant married in a backyard ceremony at their Newport Beach, California, home on December 22, 2018. In March 2019, they were expecting their first child together. Ant and Christina’s son, Hudson, was born on September 6, 2019.
The Christina on the Coast star shocked fans when she announced in September 2020 that she was separating from Ant after only 22 months of marriage.
In a September 26 Instagram post, Christina wrote, “I never thought I would have one divorce let alone two. I never thought I would have two baby daddies — but sometimes life throws us curve balls.” She continued, “Instead of getting stuck in these ‘setbacks’ I choose to use look at these challenges as opportunities to grow. I’m messy, I’m real and I’m working on healing.”
Hours after her post, Ant hinted the split was Christina’s decision. “I never gave up on us,” he wrote next to a black-and-white photo of the couple. “I pray Christina’s decision brings her happiness.”
Ant and Christina’s divorce was finalized in June 2021.
How Long Was Christina Hall Married to Josh Hall?
The Beach Bargains host fell for the Texas-based realtor in March 2021, prior to her divorce from Ant being finalized.
Christina finally revealed her relationship with Josh in a July 2021 Instagram post, telling fans, “When we met this past spring, the synchronicities hit us so hard and fast they were impossible to ignore.”
She addressed her detractors who thought she was moving too fast, adding, “So yes ‘another relationship’ and guess what. I’m 38 – I’ll do what I want.”
The duo got engaged in September 2021 and secretly married the following month. They later wed in a formal ceremony in Maui in April 2022.
Christina and Josh didn’t tell fans about their 2021 marriage, and the wedding date wasn’t revealed until Josh filed for divorce on July 15, 2024. One day later, Christina filed her own divorce paperwork. Both cited “irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Josh listed their separation date as one week prior, on July 8, 2024, one day before his estranged wife’s 41st birthday.
Christina and Josh’s divorce immediately became contentious, as she accused him of stealing $35,000 from one of her bank accounts, a claim he called “false.”
Even though the pair split, they had already filmed scenes for Christina in the Country, which showed the couple in happier times when the second season premiered on November 12, 2024.
