Here Come the Brides! Inside the Wedding Plans of Selena Gomez, Lady Gaga and More Celebrities
These celebrities are poised to walk down the aisle in A-list fashion!
Lady Gaga
The “Bad Romance” singer and businessman beau Michael Polansky are said to be pulling out all the stops for their spring wedding.
“They want a huge blowout celebration at her Malibu home,” an insider exclusively tells Life & Style. “She’s decided they should exchange their ‘I do’s there at sunset!”
The guest list is set to include her past duet partners Bradley Cooper, Joaquin Phoenix and Elton John — but the bride plans to take the mic solo on her big day with Michael, 46. “Gaga’s written a new love song for him,” explains the insider. “It’s a surprise!”
Adele
Expect perfection during Adele’s nuptials with sports agent Rich Paul.
“When it comes to Adele, nothing is ever done without being checked once, twice or three times,” says a source. “Her wedding is no different.”
The event will be incredibly intimate, notes the insider, with the “Hello” singer intending to wear “something custom, likely with long sleeves.” As for the most romantic part of the entire affair? It just might be the personalized vows, adds the source: “After all, Adele’s a storyteller!”
Selena Gomez
On December 11, Selena Gomez announced her engagement to Benny Blanco with pics of her marquise-cut ring and the cap: “Forever begins now.”
Wedding planning also begins now. “She’s excited to do all the normal bridal checklist stuff, like dress shopping, flower shopping, food tastings, with her friends,” says a source.
BFF Taylor Swift “is going to help Selena’s family throw her showers, too. Tay has time post-tour and loves a good Pinterest board; no detail will be left out.”
The singer (who’s jokingly volunteered to be Selena’s flower girl) is just one of the famous faces believed to be getting invites to the main event, though. According to an insider, Jennifer Aniston, as well as Selena’s Only Murders in the Building costars Steve Martin and Martin Short, will be on hand to witness the billionaire actress and the music producer swap bands.
“There’s no budget,” continues the source. “Foodie Benny’s the most concerned about the menu — and is lobbying for a Taco Bell station during their cocktail hour!”
Kaley Cuoco
After two divorces, Kaley Cuoco swore off marriage — but Tom Pelphrey changed all that.
“She jokes that since it’s definitely her last wedding, she wants it to be extra special,” says an insider, noting that daughter Matilda will play a big role in the ceremony. “They’re planning it for the summer, on the beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. They’ll both wear white and be barefoot.”
The insider says Tom even already has the rings. “They’re engraved with a meaningful quote,” dishes the source. “Kaley’s never been happier.”
