Is Christina Haack Still Legally Married? Updates on Reality Star’s Love Life Amid Josh Hall Split
Christina Haack (formerly Christina Hall) has been known under three other last names amid her three marriages. Now that she’s back to her maiden moniker and starring alongside first ex-husband Tarek El Moussa in HGTV’s The Flip Off, fans want to know if she’s still married to Josh Hall.
Is Christina Haack Still Married?
Legally yes, although Christina and third husband Josh Hall are estranged and embroiled in a bitter divorce battle. The former cop filed for divorce on July 12, 2024, after two years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences. He listed their date of separation as July 8, 2024, which fell on his estranged wife’s 41st birthday. Christina followed suit by filing her own divorce paperwork on July 16, 2024. She cited their date of separation as July 7, 2024.
The Christina on the Coast star revealed her divorce with Josh was headed to court, saying her ex “doesn’t want to do mediation” and inferred that he was slowing the process down during the January 9 episode of Radio Andy’s Jeff Lewis Live.
Josh’s spokesperson denied the claims, telling Life & Style it was “sad Christina must resort to low blows about her ex Josh to promote her new show. She should focus on her new boyfriend and stop talking about Josh. As the great Mariah Carey once sang, ‘Why you so obsessed with me?’ We wish Christina the best.”
Christina said she hadn’t yet been ordered to pay for Josh’s legal representation but worried that the day was coming soon.
“We’re going to be going to trial I hear,” the Beach Bargains star told host Jeff Lewis while sharing how she hired powerhouse divorce attorney Laura Wasser to represent her.
“[The court hasn’t] ordered me yet but he’s been asking me [for money],” the California native confessed. “I’ve already had to give a little something but then he bought a Bentley. I gave him money to live and he bought a Bentley but he also doesn’t have a job so.”

“Officially a Haack,” Christina wrote alongside a photo of the legal paperwork on January 25, showing she was no longer Christina Hall. “Identifying as only married twice. Time to update the Wikipedia,” she added in a subtle swipe towards Josh.
Who Are Christina Haack’s Ex-Husbands?
Christina was married to first ex-husband Tarek El Moussa from 2009 through 2016. Their divorce was finalized in January 2018. The former couple share two children: daughter Taylor — who was born in September 2010 — and son Brayden, who came along in August 2015.
Despite their split, the duo continued to work on their hit HGTV home flipping show Flip or Flop. The program debuted in April 2013 and ran through March 2022.
The Christina in the Country star gave marriage a second go, tying the knot with TV host Ant Anstead. They married in a winter wonderland wedding in the backyard of their Newport Beach, California, home on December 22, 2018. The duo welcomed a son, Hudson, in September 2019 before splitting one year later in September 2020.
At the time, the Celebrity IOU: Joyride host implied it was his estranged wife’s decision to separate. “I never gave up on us. I pray Christina’s decision brings her happiness,” Ant wrote next to a black-and-white Instagram photo of the pair in happier times on September 26, 2020. Their divorce was finalized in June 2021.
When Did Christina Haack and Josh Hall Get Married?
Christina and Josh secretly tied the knot in October 2021, one month after the former couple got engaged. Their wedding date wasn’t revealed to fans until it was listed in Josh’s divorce papers. Christina shared photos from their formal Maui wedding in September 2022, but did not say when the nuptials took place.
The pair quietly began dating in March 2021 amid Christina’s divorce from Ant. She went public with their relationship in a social media post on her July 8, 2021, birthday.
Does Josh Hall Appear With Christina Haack on ‘The Flip Off’?
The duo signed on to the HGTV home renovation competition show alongside Christina’s ex Tarek, and his second wife, Heather Rae El Moussa (née Young). The show began filming in the summer of 2024.
Due to Christina and Josh’s split, he only appears in the first episode of The Flip Off. After that, she was paired up with home renovation industry experts to find, purchase and renovate houses for the most profit. Christina’s second ex-husband, Ant, even makes a cameo.
Christina Haack Hated Working With Josh Hall on ‘The Flip Off’
“He’d always get upset with me, like, ‘Oh, my gosh, you did this,’ or ‘You did that.’ And I’m like, ‘I’m making a TV show,’” Christina said during an interview with Us Weekly published on January 9. “Ultimately, it was better that he left after episode 1 because the show would’ve sucked.”
“This isn’t Josh’s show. No one’s going to miss that he’s not in it,” Christina added. “Josh is not a TV host, he’s not a house flipper, he’s not a designer. He was just my husband in it. With Tarek, we built everything together, and I still have respect for him. I have no respect for Josh.”
