Former Bachelor Jake Pavelka Almost Applied for Becca Kufrin’s Season of ‘The Bachelorette’
Bachelor nation alert! Becca Kufrin's last experience with the Bachelor franchise was an emotional roller coaster. Now Becca is hoping America will see another side to her while she chooses from 28 suitors as Season 14's Bachelorette (starting May 28 on ABC) – and In Touch has learned there was almost a familiar face in the running.
Former Bachelor Jake Pavelka reveals to In Touch he almost joined the cast. "Becca is awesome. I actually thought, 'Should I call producers and let them know I'm interested?!'"
Ultimately, he says, he decided not to because he's seeing a Dallas attorney and "things have started going really well with her."
Lucky for Becca she still has 28 eligible bachelors to choose from. "I have never laughed as hard in my life as I did on this journey," Becca tells In Touch. But viewers will also see hard times as well. "I don't even know if I could count," she admits to In Touch of how many times she broke down during filming. "I cried happy tears and I cried sad tears."
