Jenn Tran Is Officially Dating ‘DWTS’ Partner Sasha Farber After Devin Strader Split
Jenn Tran and Sasha Farber are officially dating three months after she revealed the end of her engagement to ex Devin Strader.
“Jenn and Sasha are dating,” a source revealed to Us Weekly on Wednesday, December 18.
The couple met when Jenn, 27, was cast on season 33 of Dancing With the Stars, and Sasha, 40, was named her partner. They were revealed as dance partners on September 4, which was just one day after Jenn confirmed that she and Devin, 28, called it quits following a brief engagement during The Bachelorette’s After the Final Rose special.
“We left Hawaii engaged,” Jenn told host Jesse Palmer during the special. “I thought I found the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. As soon as we left Hawaii, things were different.”
While Jenn was heartbroken after their split, she put her energy into the dance competition show and grew close with Sasha. Following their elimination in October, the pair sparked romance rumors when they began to share several flirty social media posts that hinted that they’re more than friends.
On December 4, Jenn penned an emotional Instagram post to Sasha about how their time on DWTS helped her following her split from Devin. “This experience has been one of a lifetime and truly something I’ll cherish for the rest of my life! But my experience on dancing with the stars was only so unbelievable because of you!” she wrote at the time. “Every day for the past three months I’ve had the biggest smile on my face and my heart because you’ve brought light back into my life when I thought the clouds would be suffocating me.”
After saying that competing on DWTS was a once in a “lifetime” experience, Jenn said she will “cherish” it for the rest of her life.
Jenn previously revealed that she was temporarily living with Sasha during the November 14 episode of Tish Cyrus and Brandi Cyrus’ “Sorry We’re Cyrus” podcast.
“I gotta figure out a place to live and that’s probably Sasha’s couch right now,” she explained at the time. “It’s amazing, he’s going to make me cook and clean every day. I don’t know how I feel about that, but I don’t have to pay rent. I get free dogs too. Free dog therapy so that’s perfect.”
She later shared an update about their living arrangement, and gushed about being roommates with Sasha while speaking to People in December. “He’s been a really great roommate who feeds me,” she shared. “You know, I get some animal therapy from his dogs, who are really cute. So yeah, he’s been a really good roommate. The best roommate I’ve had yet.”
