Things got ~physical~ between Jenna Dewan and her boyfriend, Steve Kazee. The couple hit the gym on Tuesday, June 11, and it looks like they do an amazing job keeping each other motivated. The adorable duo is still on their getaway to Chicago and seems to be fully enjoying a bit of alone time. Although they’re on vacation away from Los Angeles, they still found time to sweat it out together.

“Got [Jenna Dewan] getting in touch with her inner beast,” Steve, 43, captioned a video of Jenna, 38, squatting it out. He also tagged Swedish trainer Magnus Lygdback. The legend has worked with tons of other A-listers like Gal Gadot and Ben Affleck, so you know he’s intense.

Although the brunette beauty coyly responded, “I’m trying,” to her hunky beau’s post praising her skills, the World of Dance star is no stranger to fitness. If you’ve ever *glanced* in Jenna’s direction, it’s easy to see that she takes health and wellness very seriously. Have you seen her abs? After having her daughter, Everly, whom she shares with Channing Tatum, she’s taken a whole new approach to the results she wants to see.

“I want to build muscle, so I can pick up my daughter,” Jenna explained to Women’s Health in October 2018. “Before, it used to be like, ‘I wanna get long, lean muscles.’ Now, I’m just like, ‘I wanna feel strong and good.'” As far as diet, there’s no slacking there, either.

The Step Up actress has been a vegetarian since she was 11 years old and went vegan about six years ago. In addition, she keeps her meals chock full of clean ingredients. “I consider eating healthy a way of life because I feel better, plain and simple,” the Connecticut native told People in April 2018. “I’m not a fan of dieting, which is why I choose to eat healthy most of the time. I keep it in balance, so I don’t have to crash diet. When I want to splurge I allow myself and don’t beat myself up — I just make a plan to eat extra healthy the next day or work out.” If she does need a treat, the dancer confessed her go-to item is “french fries.”
