Jennifer Lawrence Appeared on ‘KUWTK’ and It Was Everything: ‘I Am the New Kris’
The moment we’ve truly been waiting for! Jennifer Lawrence appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians and it was the surprise we didn’t know we needed. The A-list actress answered Kris Jenner‘s phone during the Sunday, May 5, episode and it was such a hilarious moment.
This past week, Scott Disick attempted to turn Khloé Kardashian into a world-renowned painter for a long-winded prank (normal things, right?). During a little art sesh with Kourtney Kardashian, the New York native decided to Facetime their beloved momager, 63, but a someone very unexpected picked up instead.
“Jennifer f–king Lawrence, that’s who you’re talking to!” the 28-year-old Oscar winner announced. Instead of losing his mind over the actress (like we would), the Talentless designer, 35, frankly said, “Not that you’re not very famous and beautiful, but can I talk to Kris?” The Red Sparrow star then proclaimed, “I am the new Kris!”
It sounded like Jennifer and Kris were having a blast together as viewers witnessed the blonde beauty take a gulp from a large glass of red wine. She jokingly added, “I’m gonna be real, we wouldn’t be having this much fun if you were all here.”
Clearly, the two ladies had a lot more important matters to attend to because Scott, Kourtney and Khloé were rushed off the phone. “I love you all so much and you make me proud every day. You’re doing amazing, sweetie!” Jennifer quipped before hanging up the phone.
The matriarch of the reality family has been tight with The Hunger Games actress for quite some time. On Jennifer’s birthday in August, the E! star posted a photo of the unexpected duo laying in bed together on Instagram. The caption read, “Happy Birthday you piece of sh-t … God, I love you [Jennifer Lawrence] thanks for making this night a night to remember … even if we did get caught … I love you Happy Birthday Gorgeous!!!”
One thing is for sure: We stan these besties.
