Jordyn Woods 'Loving' Her Life as an Actress, Reveals Her Dream Costars

Real talk: Is there anything Jordyn Woods can’t do? In addition to being a model, influencer and designer, the 22-year-old powerhouse is also taking the acting world by storm!

“I actually believe in trying everything and it was something that just kind of happened organically and I tried it out and I ended up loving it. So, it’s just part of my story — my career path,” Jordyn exclusively tells Life & Style of how she ventured into film and TV.

Speaking of films, the California Native will be starring in her first-ever movie, Sacrifice, later this month. “I auditioned and they liked me and I flew to New Orleans and I filmed,” Jordyn recalls. “I had no lessons, no anything … I just kind of went for it and it paid off. It kind of came naturally to me and now I actually just finished filming my second movie a couple weeks ago.”

Jordyn’s second feature film is titled Triggered and is set to be released in 2020. “I actually have the leading role or that one, so it’s cool,” she says. Even with a long career in show business ahead of her, Jordyn will always have a special place in her heart for Sacrifice.

“I just feel like everyone became family,” Jordyn gushes. “I love getting to stay in New Orleans because the culture there is awesome and I got to see so much that I wouldn’t have seen just without being there for the movie.”

As for the future of Jordyn’s acting career? Well, she’s got some big plans … especially when it comes to working with some of the best actors and directors Hollywood has to offer. “I really like Angela Bassett and Lupita Nyong’o. I really like Jordan Peele, the director. I would love to be in one of his movies! I love Quentin Tarantino. I’m like, everywhere — I love everything and so many different styles!”
