Justin Bieber Flaunts Neck Tattoo While With Hailey Baldwin

Inked up! Justin Bieber flaunted his new neck tattoo while stepping out to lunch with wife Hailey Baldwin. The A-list couple grabbed a meal at celebrity hotspot Il Pastaio in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, September 9.

Based on Justin’s Instagram Stories from earlier in the week, the “Yummy” artist, 26, opted for a realistic rose design done by none other than legendary tattoo artist Dr. Woo. Over the years, Dr. Woo, whose real name is Brian, has worked on Kristin Cavallari, Miley Cyrus, Ariel Winter, Sarah Hyland, Frank Ocean and so many more.

Of course, this is hardly Justin’s first tattoo. In fact, the Grammy winner has over 60 designs all over his body, according to J-14 magazine. Considering Justin has been ~ going under the needle ~ since he was just 16 years old, he’s made some, er, questionable tattoo choices … ahem, getting ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez’s face inked on his wrist in 2013.

Justin previously addressed the tattoo after one of the pair’s many breakups. “This is my ex-girlfriend. So, I tried to cut her face up with some shading, but people still know,” he told GQ magazine in 2015. As it happens, the “Intentions” singer and Selena, 28, seemingly still have matching tattoos.

The same year, the former flames got a “G” tattoo in honor of their friend Chad Veach’s daughter, Georgia, who was diagnosed with a brain disorder called Lissencephaly. “She is incredible and has the sweetest soul,” Justin wrote on Instagram at the time. Hailey, 23, and Ashley Benson apparently have the “G” design as well. As far as any ink that Justin dedicated to Hailey, his tattoo artist Keith McCurdy said the married duo got matching designs in November 2018.

“They each got a tattoo,” Kevin explained to Page Six. “Justin’s tattoo is on his face, and I haven’t seen any photos of it — so he’s doing a good job of laying low. It’s really thin and delicate. And [it’s] also not a traditional couples’ tattoo … I don’t want to give away what it is until the press gets a hold of it.”
