Kailyn Lowry's New House: Tour the 'Teen Mom 2' Star's Home

Living large! Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry moved into a swanky house in Middletown, Delaware, in July 2019, and it’s a gorgeous place to raise her four kids.

The French Country-style estate was listed at $840,000, according to Reality Blurb, but it is unknown what the MTV babe paid as the final sale price for the 7,000 square-foot home. The sprawling two-story abode is complete with a large pool, finished basement, wine cellar, expansive kitchen and plenty of room for her growing family.

Kailyn gave birth to her fourth child, Creed, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Chris Lopez, in July 2020. She and Chris are also the proud parents of son Lux, who was born in 2017. The reality star welcomed son Isaac with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera in 2010 followed by son Lincoln, whom she shares with ex-husband Javi Marroquin, in 2013.

Having an expansive home for her blended family to live is an amazing blessing, considering Kail is raising her four boys on her own, despite fans assuming she recruits help from a nanny.

When a follower asked if she has any hired help to care for her large brood during a Q&A on August 14, the Pothead Haircare owner responded, “People love to assume. I do not have a nanny. If I did, I promise you, I would have nails, lashes and makeup on every day.”

The Pride Over Pity author will also be using her luxurious space to start working out again following the birth of Creed. “Once I’m cleared to work out, I was going to try to vlog through my fitness journey!” Kailyn divulged to fans during an Instagram Q&A on August 15. “If I can find an editor to help with videos, I’ll do that!”

She already looked incredible as she posed in a sports bra and workout pants, but the reality starlet previously explained she was trying to stay respectful of letting her body heal during the August 13 episode of her “Coffee Convos” podcast with cohost Lindsie Chrisley. The ladies talked about how women in other cultures give themselves more time to heal postpartum, but in America, according to the ladies, women are expected to bounce back.

Although Kail seemingly posed on this bed for her pregnancy announcement while expecting Creed, this is actually the guest bedroom. “I actually think I like it better than my room, maybe I should switch but then again, it probably wouldn’t stay this clean for long,” she hilariously wrote via Instagram.
