Kanye West Gushes Over Married Life With Kim Kardashian: ‘It’s More Than Just Cool, It’s Heavenly’
High praise … literally! While Kanye West was flying 39,000 feet in the air for a special edition of Carpool Karaoke — ahem, Airpool Karaoke — with James Corden, the “I Love It” rapper, 42, gushed over married life with his wife, Kim Kardashian.
“People thought it would be uncool to be married. Then, I got married and people were like, ‘Oh, that looks cool,'” Kanye explained to the late-night talk show host, 41. At that point, James stopped him and exclaimed, “No one ever thought it would be uncool to marry Kim Kardashian … everybody thought it would be cool to marry Kim Kardashian!”
“Well, not Kris Humphries,” Kanye replied. Good one, man! All jokes aside, though, his continued response was extremely sweet. “It’s more than cool. It’s more than cool as hell or something, it’s heavenly, it’s great, it’s magnificent,” the proud father, who shares North, 6, Saint, 3, Chicago, 21 months and Psalm, 5 months, with Kim gushed.
As tight-lipped as Kanye can be about some things, his relationship with the longtime KUWTK star, 39, definitely isn’t one of them. In fact, during an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music’s “Beats 1,” Kanye described the various ins and outs of what makes a successful celebrity marriage.
“I have five years of marriage under my belt. What I learned from five years of marriage is, it is the greatest bond, it is a God bond to be able to have someone that you can call on, someone you can call out, someone that can call on you and call you out,” he explained. “Equally yoked. Someone to complain to and someone to grow with as we grow and raise our children.”
Considering Kim and Kanye recently renewed their vows during an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, we have no doubt their great bond will last a lifetime … and beyond!
