Katy Perry Reportedly ‘Desperate To Have A Baby’ With Boyfriend Orlando Bloom
Second time is the charm? Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are back together and getting serious after they broke up for about a year in February 2017. Now the “Firework” singer is reportedly longing for a baby!
According to Heat Magazine, an insider close to the singer said, “She’s deep in the planning stage. She’s desperate to have a baby. Katy seems obsessed. She has been trying for months, and Orlando knows he’s on call whenever Katy messages him.”
Ever since the pair reunited this past April, they have been inseparable — traveling the world, making their red carpet debut, and even flirting on Instagram. It seems like the pop princess and Lord of the Rings actor might be settling down sooner than we think!
The source adds, “She’s shopping for baby clothes, a bed, and a stroller. She’s already done the wedding thing with Russell, so she’s not fussed about doing that with Orlando — she just wants to take the next step in their relationship and start a family with him. Orlando is on board, but has tried to tell Katy that the big event will happen when she stops thinking about it so much.”
Katy and Orlando have both been married before, but this time around it’s different for the famous duo. A source told People, “Orlando is in a different place than he was last year. He has matured a lot. He realized that being single isn’t that great after all. His relationship with Katy wasn’t right the first time around, but it very much is now.” Aw, sounds like these two lovebirds are stronger than ever!
The two are normally quiet about their relationship, however, in an interview with Entertainment Tonight in 2016, she confessed, “Everyone is a teacher in a relationship, that’s how I see it now. We’ve taught each other a lot.” Here’s hoping Katy gets her happy ending!
