Cue Alanis Morisette! On April 16, five days after Khloé Kardashian welcomed her first child into the world, she announced that that little cutie's name is officially True Thompson. Unfortunately, the cute name is a little ironic when you put it into the context of Khloé's relationship with Tristan Thompson. Her baby daddy got caught cheating the day before little True arrived!

"A bit ironic the name uh?" asked one fan in a comment on the post. "True, the daugther of Tristan the liar," said another. "We can all honestly say we wish your daddy was TRUE TO YOUR MOMMY," a third chimed in. Fans hoped that this would cause Tristan "to be true to you both" from now on, but it's hard to tell if she named her that as a dig, or to show fans that she's making it work with Tristan despite the drama.

"Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE," Khloé wrote in her announcement. "Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy loooooove you True!" That makes it sound like Khloé hasn't kicked Tristan to the curb just yet, despite feeling "so f–king done" with him last week.

However, some fan were more upset about the last name than the first. "Why do you still use his last name?" asked a fan. Khloé had always planned to give her baby Tristan's surname, as she got a neon "Baby Thompson" sign for her baby shower. It's also likely that they picked out the name True long before Tristan's cheating scandal unfolded, since she told a fan on Twitter that she was giving the baby a "T" name in March. Plus, Kris revealed that her father and grandfather were named True, so the name is rooted in Khloé's family and tradition. Ironic or not, we think True is a cute name, and we can't wait to see the little angel for the first time!
