Fans are calling out Khloé Kardashian for flying all the way across the globe — one month before her due date. The KUWTK star is in Japan with her sisters Kim and Kourtney for one last vacation before the arrival of her baby with boyfriend Tristan Thompson. However, some are concerned she is taking a major risk.

“No way in hell I would risk my pregnancy in Japan during my eighth month and risk getting sick,” one follower wrote on Instagram before another added, “Those flights are going to send you into labor! Be careful.”

Khloé, 32, doesn’t seem too concerned about traveling while pregnant — and has been showing off her baby bump on social media while in Tokyo. And she has every reason to be enjoying her mini-getaway. According to the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynocologists (ACOG), expectant moms can travel well into their third trimester and air travel is only not recommended past the 36-week mark.

This means that Khloé, who is approximately 32-weeks pregnant, still has some time before traveling is completely off the table. “If a patient is having triplets, I recommend that they not fly after 20 to 24 weeks,” Dr. Ashley Roman told The Bump. “I simply tell my patients to be sure to drink lots of water, and get up every hour or two and make a couple of laps around the plane to get your blood flowing— this helps reduce the risk of blood clots.”

However, she wasn’t the only Kardashian sister criticized for taking the short (albeit far) trip. Kim was also called out for leaving behind her newborn daughter Chicago. “Honestly what sort of mom are you? You are supposed to run your schedules around Chicago, not Chicago being the one to do that… travel to Japan and leave an 8 weeks old baby? Shame on you,” one mommy-shamer tweeted. ” Honestly, can they live?
