Even if the longtime KUWTK star, 39, was leading the conversation, we can’t believe how much little Chi Chi had to say. At first, Kim’s soon-to-be 2-year-old thought they were talking about her big brother’s special day. “Sainty!” Chicago exclaimed. Once she realized it was all about her, the requests started flowing.
In fact, Chicago made it very clear that she would like a “pink Minnie Mouse” cake for the January 15 bash and not a “Baby Shark” cake. Of course, Kim obliged. “That would be so cute,” she cooed. The talk ended with Chicago saying “I love you, mommy” in the most adorable voice ever. Needless to say, the baby fever is real right now.
Unlike Chicago’s big sister, North West, and cousin Penelope Disick, she’ll likely get her very own birthday party! Considering Kim’s blowout fight with Kourtney Kardashian over what snacks to serve at Nori and P’s joint celebration, we think it’s for the best.
“It’s not going to be healthy no matter what, sugar is not healthy. But let’s not do the nasty stuff with, like, food coloring and gross s–t,” the Poosh.com founder, 40, reasoned at the time. Because it was a Candy Land-themed event, Kim simply couldn’t wrap her around her sibling’s argument.
“Kourtney has this vision of no sugar or no disgusting chemicals in candy and it’s like a completely sugar-free, gluten-free, party-free, fun-free zone because Kourtney has decided that,” Kim expressed in a private confessional on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. “It just doesn’t make sense and it really wasn’t the theme of what North and Penelope wanted for their birthday.”
Hopefully, Chi Chi will get her pink Minnie Mouse cake without any interference from Aunt Kourtney and her healthy alternatives to sugar.
