Congrats! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Welcome Baby No. 4: ‘He’s Perfect’
Kimye, party of six! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed their fourth child, a son, via surrogate on Thursday, May 9. Their family has been expanding quickly and the famous parents seem to be having a blast with their adorable kids.
Kourtney Kardashian announced that the family’s surrogate went into labor earlier that afternoon, during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. The power couple officially announced the birth of their son on Friday, May 10. “He’s here and he’s perfect,” Kim tweeted.

Fans started suspecting that their new baby had arrived on Monday, May 6, after Kim, 38, shared a text from her hubby that read “married with four kids.” It looks like the couple is in a very blissful place and excited for this next chapter.
However, Kim quickly shut down those rumors later that day on Twitter. “Wait just saw news our baby boy came, but that’s not true! It’s Met Monday, I’m in NYC,” the mogul wrote before her appearance at the 2019 Met Gala. “I would be at the hospital lol.”

Rumblings that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars were expecting a fourth child started last fall, but Kim confirmed the news herself during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live in January.
“Are you working on another child?” Andy Cohen asked as the KKW Beauty founder sat on the couch with her sisters Khloé and Kourtney. “We are,” she responded while adding that she was the one who accidentally leaked the news. “I mean it’s out there … I got drunk at our Christmas Eve party and I told some people and I can’t remember who I told because I never get drunk,” she explained.
Kim and Kanye share three other children — North, 5, Saint, 3, and Chicago, 14 months. That sounds hectic but it seems like they were totally zen about adding another baby to mix. “Kim and Kanye have begun work on the nursery … Kim is in a great place,” a source dished to Us Weekly at the end of March.
Although Saint and Chi are a bit young to fully grasp the changes happening in the house, the source assured that their oldest was totally ready. “North fully understands what’s going on and is so into it,” they continued.
It was revealed on the season 16 premiere of KUWTK that the spunky girl spilled the word around her school that the couple was expecting a boy. “A mom at school texts me and goes, ‘Congrats! North is going around saying she finally has a baby brother so Saint won’t bother her anymore.’ She’s been the one selling us out this whole time,” Kim told Kylie Jenner during the March 31 episode. Like mother, like daughter, right?
