Yasss! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Are Totally in Prep Mode for Baby No. 4
And baby makes six! Kim Kardashian and her husband, Kanye West, delighted fans and followers around the world when they confirmed they would be expecting their fourth child via surrogate back in January. Now, we’re dying to know how the couple and their sweet family are preparing for the new addition to the Kardashian-West crew — and by the looks of social media, it seems like they’re enjoying their family time while they do it.
“Morning ✨,” Kim, 38, captioned an adorable family selfie of the five Kardashian-Wests enjoying an early family snuggle on March 30. Seems like they’re feeling the family love as they wait for the new baby!
“Kim and Kanye have begun work on the nursery,” the insider revealed to Us Weekly about their process and explained that “Kim is in a great place” amid all the preparations for the new arrival.
How are the kids feeling? Well, big bro and sis Saint West, 3, and Chicago West, 14 months, might be a little too young to fully grasp the sitch, but their 5-year-old daughter, North West, is totally on board and ready for her new brother or sister. “North fully understands what’s going on and is so into it,” the source explained.
But as far as the biggest prep of them all — a.k.a. choosing a name — well, they just haven’t gotten there yet. “Kim and Kanye are not close to naming the new baby,” the insider added. “They won’t know until the week before and probably only day of. It’s quite the process.” Understandable! Kim and Kanye, 41, have some of the most memorable celeb baby names of all time (but thankfully not the weirdest).
Kim confirmed the rumors of a fourth child during an appearance with Khloé Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian on Watch What Happens Live.
“It’s out there,” she admitted to Andy Cohen back in January. “I got drunk at our Christmas Eve party, and I told some people. I can’t remember who I told, because I never get drunk.”
