North West and Kim Kardashian Look Equally Beautiful While Getting Baptized in Armenia
Like mother, like daughter! Kim Kardashian took to Instagram on Thursday, October 10, to share new photos with her daughter North West during their baptism in Armenia. The pair looked stunning in the snaps, which were taken at what is known as the mother church of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
“Thank you Armenia for such a memorable trip,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, 38, captioned the post. “So blessed to have been baptized along with my babies at Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, Armenia’s main cathedral which is sometimes referred to as the Vatican of the Armenian Apostolic Church. This church was built in 303 AD.”
When it comes to religion and faith, Kim tends to be very open about the subject. Her husband, Kanye West, even hosts a Sunday Service, but according to the mom of four, that seems to be less about religion and more about spirituality. “It’s honestly more like a healing experience for my husband,” she told Elle in April. “It’s just music; there’s no sermon. It’s definitely something he believes in — Jesus — and there’s a Christian vibe. But there’s no preaching. It’s just a very spiritual Christian experience.”
The KKW Beauty founder added that everyone — regardless of their beliefs or faith — are welcome to attend. “Kourtney [Kardashian‘s] best friends come all the time and they’re Muslim,” she added. “All my Jewish friends came on Sunday — they loved it. Everyone that comes understands it’s just a really healing experience with an amazing choir and amazing messages about love to start off your week.”
It’s clear Kim and Kanye share a special bond. For Kim’s True Hollywood Story special, which premiered on YouTube on Monday, October 7, Kanye gushed recalling what it was like meeting his wife, and we can’t get enough. “Anytime I was around her, or I saw her, it was a magnetic attraction to this force of energy,” he said. “She was good, pure, happy, loving, brave, courageous, strong.”
The couple, who made their romance public in 2012, celebrated five years of marriage in May — weeks after they welcomed their fourth child — Psalm West — together. We love that Kanye loves Kim as much as he loves Kanye!
