Kim Kardashian Dumps Kanye West’s Dream House — and Beyoncé Is to Blame! (EXCLUSIVE)
Since 2014, Kanye West‘s pet project has been turning his Hidden Hills mansion into an art project.
However, after three years, Kim Kardashian is tired of waiting, and sources reveal exclusively to LIfe & Style that Kim was inspired by her feud with Beyoncé to move into a bigger mansion.

“One of Kim’s main goals in life is to be better than Beyoncé,” says a source of the competition. “She wants a mansion that is bigger and better than theirs in every way.”
To accomplish this, the KUWTK star has her eye on Spelling Manor for her growing family of four, which is currently on the market for $200 million. It didn’t help when JAY-Z dissed Kanye on his new album 4:44 by calling him “insane.”
The “Lemonade” singer also reportedly did not enjoy Kim’s peace offering of $10,000 worth of baby clothes from her The Kids Supply clothing line and her contouring kit when her babies were born, giving it to the hospital staff instead.

However, Kanye is not to be rushed when it comes to renovating their $22 million home. He already ditched the pools in favor of a pond, and according to an insider, redid the master bedroom five times in order to bring his “artistic vision to life.”

Spelling Manor, complete with tennis court, pool, and bowling alley is ready to move-in, but unsurprisingly, Kanye is not impressed with the 123-room estate.
“Kanye thinks Kim has absolutely lost her mind,” says the insider. “He can barely afford the $20 million mansion and he thinks the Spelling house is just tacky.”
Meanwhile, Queen Bey and Jay are “just trying to live their lives” with daughter Blue Ivy, 5, and newborn twins Sir and Rumi.
