After the rapper was noticeably absent from the Met Gala for the second consecutive year, the mother-of-three took to Twitter to explain why he was not in attendance at the annual star-studded affair. It was unclear whether or not ‘Ye would show up this year, as some sources told Us Weekly, he was “definitely not going,” while another shared he was “all over the place about going.” This comes on the heels of his latest string of controversies — from calling President Donald Trump his “brother” to suggesting slavery was “a choice.” Needless to say, his fans and friends aren’t thrilled with him ATM. Of course, Kim also defended him after that s–t storm.
“Commentary on Kanye being erratic & his tweets being disturbing is actually scary,” she tweeted. “So quick to label him as having mental health issues for just being himself when he has always been expressive is not fair.” She later added, “He’s a free thinker, is that not allowed in America? Because some of his ideas differ from yours you have to throw in the mental health card? That’s just not fair.”
While the KUWTK star is putting on a brave face for now, sources exclusively told Life & Style last week that she’s ready to file for divorce after nearly three years of marriage. Behind closed doors, “They fight constantly — blow-out fights,” said an insider.
“Kanye needs professional help. He’s delusional and paranoid. He thinks he’s a savior,” the source continued. “He talks to himself, and he talks to people who aren’t actually in the room because he thinks he’s being watched.” The pair tied the knot in May 2014 and have three children together — four-year-old daughter, North, two-year-old son, Saint, and three-month-old daughter, Chicago.
