Kourtney Kardashian Shares Sweet Photo With Penelope and Reign Disick: ‘Focus on What You Love’
What a loving mama! Kourtney Kardashian took to Instagram on Friday, July 19, to share the cutest pic with her kids Penelope and Reign Disick.
“Focus on what you love and what fulfills you,” the 40-year-old captioned the photo with her two youngest children. We’re glad to see the mom of three in good spirits. In a recent teaser clip for the upcoming season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, she was upset about getting older, and it seemed like she was doing some soul searching.
Are you happy?” Khloé Kardashian asked her big sis. “I feel like you’re redirecting your anxiety or stress or whatever it is about your party … or maybe turning a little older, I don’t know.”
Kourt, who seemed calm and collected while eating her food, spilled the beans about how she’s truly feeling. “I do think that turning 40, like, it almost makes you analyze where you’re at in your life,” Kourtney replied. “It’s giving me anxiety … like, now that I’m doing Poosh, I just always wish I had more time.”
“I want to cry … it gives me anxiety and I don’t know why, ‘cause then I’m like, ‘I have so much and I should just be so happy,’ but then sometimes it just makes you really analyze where you’re at and sometimes, I’m just like ‘What am I doing?’” she told Koko. “I’m just living life and then sometimes, I’ll just do stupid s–t to distract from really thinking about stuff that is really more important, but then half of me is like, ‘Live your life, have fun.'”
Koko had her back, though, and gave her the best advice. “If you’re happy, that’s all that should matter for any of us. I really don’t think your soul is happy. I think you feel incomplete somewhere … you’re scared.”
