Family Heirloom! Kourtney Kardashian Passes Down Mickey Mouse Watch to Daughter Penelope Disick
There’s nothing like a gift that holds meaning. Kourtney Kardashian gave her daughter, Penelope Disick, her childhood Mickey Mouse watch, and the gesture is too sweet.
The reality star, 39, took to her Instagram Story on Sunday, March 17, to post a pic of her 6-year-old daughter rockin’ the vintage gem. “This was mine when I was a little girl and now my daughter is wearing it,” she wrote about the watch, which features Mickey Mouse in the background and has pearls as a band.
P seemed to be wearing the watch to her uncle Rob Kardashian’s birthday party. Rob, 32, had a St. Paddy’s themed bash, since the holiday falls on the same day as his birthday. Khloé Kardashian revealed her niece Dream Kardashian was actually responsible for the first celebration, and by the looks of it, she turned out to be a great party planner.
“Dreamy Dream wanted to throw her Daddy a special birthday party before she goes to see her Mommy,” Koko, 34, wrote on her Instagram Story on Saturday, March 16. The 2-year-old even made a cake for her dad, and of course, she invited her cousins to celebrate. “Dream is great at throwing parties! Thank you Dreamy! She picked out the decorations, created the invite list and everything,” Khloé wrote hours later. “Get ready Rob for another party on Sunday.”
To show Rob some love, the Kardashians shared throwback photos on Instagram of the father-of-one. “Happy birthday to the best brother in the world!!! Firstly, I want you to know how proud I am to have you as my brother. You are my best friend! The funniest guy I know! Truly, I’ve never laughed harder than when I’m with you …” wrote the Good American founder.
Kim Kardashian also had nothing but nice things to say about her little bro. “Happy Birthday to my one and only brother Robbie! I was looking through old pictures and all of the amazing memories came up,” the 38-year-old wrote. “My best memories though are you as a dad and seeing what an amazing person you have become. I love you beyond.”
