Legends supporting legends. On Thursday, October 17, Kourtney Kardashian took to her Instagram to give Jennifer Lopez’s clothing line a sexy shout-out. “Trying my jeans,” the longtime KUWTK star, 40, captioned a — wait for it — topless mirror selfie. You work that denim, Kourt!
Of course, these weren’t any ordinary pants. J. Lo, 50, had them customized for the Poosh.com founder with “Kourtney” written in cursive on the right butt cheek. It must be nice to have friends in designer places, huh? Now, as much as we love to gush over a great pair of jeans, we’re honestly too distracted by Kourtney’s killer figure to talk fashion right now. Seriously, the proud mother of three has never looked better.
Unsurprisingly, Kourtney has one of the most intense diet and exercise regimes … like, ever. For example, her 10-minute leg and butt circuit may only be, well, 10 minutes, but reading what it involves is enough to make us sore! Basically, it involves pile squats, donkey kicks, alternating reverse lunges, jumping lunges, single-leg glute bridges and jump squats.
See what we mean? Kourtney does not mess around, including with what she eats. “My body never looked better than when I did the keto diet two and a half years ago, when I did it for two months,” Kourtney wrote in a July blog post. “In my experience, I’ve found the best method to train my body to curb sugar cravings, burn fat and kick-start weight loss is by sticking to a keto diet.”
Clearly — ahem, please look at that selfie again — Kourtney’s methods have paid off. That said, she also knows the importance of indulging every now and again. Kourtney revealed that she generally “cheats” on her diet once a week. Kourtney’s go-to delicacies include a matcha latte, a chocolate croissant and all-you-eat waffles with butter and syrup from Soho House.
