Twinning! Kylie Jenner and her BFF Stassie Karanikolaou rocked matching long braids during their latest super-sexy photo shoot. The ladies are coming off the heels of an epic Kylie Skin-themed girls trip to Turks and Caicos and, obviously, want to keep the momentum going. The makeup mogul has been spending tons of time with her closest gal pals, including, Sofia Richie, Victoria Villarroel and Yris Palmer, and looks happier than ever embracing her new tribe.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians starlet, 21, and the blonde beauty, 22, cuddled up to model their Missoni dresses that flaunted every curve. The besties usually love a matching ~lewk,~ and we’re not mad about it. The impossibly long braids were super elegant and showed off their gorgeous faces.
Kylie definitely had a shift in her life since the fall out with her former pal Jordyn Woods. The Instagram model caused a rift in their relationship after her tryst with Khloé Kardashian‘s baby daddy Tristan Thompson. However, the billionaire is aware that everything happens for a reason. “I felt that there was a part of me that needed to grow without her. Sometimes people are there for certain reasons at certain times in your life and then not there for others,” she admitted during a sneak peek clip from KUWTK season 17.
The starlet also got very candid on Instagram about growing as a person. “I’m proud of myself, my heart and my strength. Growing up in the light with a million eyes on you just isn’t normal,” she began a lengthy caption on a photo of herself watching the sunset on July 15. “I’ve lost friends along the way, and I’ve lost myself too sometimes. My first tattoo was ‘sanity’ to remind myself every day to keep it.”
She continued, “I’ve struggled with anxiety my whole young adult life and after my baby, I dealt with all the internal ups and downs. I felt like I had to find myself completely again. I keep a whole lot to myself but just wanted to share and let you know I’m human.”
Although fans only see the reality star’s perfectly-curated life on Instagram, the Kylie Cosmetics founder confessed that things aren’t always how they seem. “My life is not perfect and what you see here on social media is just the surface,” she wrote. “Be gentle with yourself, move on and let go. We are all capable of great things, worthy of love and allowed to express ourselves. Do more of what makes you happy and be unapologetic. Now is your season. We all have a magnificent destiny.”
