Kylie Jenner Attends 2025 Oscars With Boyfriend Timothee Chalamet, But Skips the Red Carpet
Another day, another awards show! Kylie Jenner attended the 2025 Academy Awards with boyfriend Timothée Chalamet, but she once again opted to skip walking the red carpet with the actor.
The makeup mogul, 27, was spotted inside the awards show with the A Complete Unknown star, 29, on Sunday, March 2, as seen in photos shared by fan account Timothée Chalamet Updates on X. The photos showed the couple from behind as they sat in their seats, with one snap showing Kylie’s mouth open in a shocked expression as she appeared to react to something Timothée said.
“Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner are already inside the #Oscars!” the caption read.
In addition to smiling, joking with each other and whispering in each other’s ears before the show began, Kylie and Timothée were also photographed sharing a kiss at their seats. Other photos from inside the awards show offered a glimpse at the Kardashians star’s gorgeous black gown, which featured beaded details and cutouts at the waist.
The couple’s PDA came minutes after Timothée walked the 2025 Oscars red carpet solo. He wore an eye-catching pastel yellow suit that had red carpet watchers comparing the Dune actor to butter, popcorn, lemons and bananas.
Timothée is nominated for Best Actor for his portrayal of Bob Dylan in A Complete Unknown at the 2025 Oscars. He recently won the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Lead Actor for the role on February 23.
While Kylie did not attend the SAG Awards with Timothée, she has proudly been by her boyfriend’s side at other awards shows and celebrations this season, including the Golden Globes, the BAFTAs and the Berlin Film Festival.
A source told People in January that Kylie was “having fun supporting” her man as he celebrated his hit film.
“She enjoys attending the events with him. She knows that his career is so important to him. She wants to be by his side for it all,” the insider said, noting that the Kylie Skin founder was “really making an effort” to show Timothée that she’s there for him.
Kylie and Timothée first sparked dating rumors in April 2023, but it wasn’t until September 2023 when they made their first public appearance together at the U.S. Open. The two haven’t shied away from PDA since then, making their love for each other clear at sporting events, awards shows, concerts and more. However, Kylie and Timothée have yet to walk a red carpet together.
Now, nearly two years after their romance began, things have gotten quite serious for the couple, a source exclusively told Life & Style on February 17.
“Kylie swears she’s never been in love like this before, they connect in every way, and she’s completely in awe of him. You just have to look at the way her style, and even her body, has changed in the two years that they’ve been together,” the insider said. “She’s doing everything she can to be his perfect woman because she wants to hang on to him for life.”
The source added that Kylie has been “dropping hints” about their future together.
“And he does talk about things like they have a future, so it’s not like it’s totally out of the question,” the insider continued. “She’s just in a much bigger hurry than he is. She does have a huge ace up her sleeve that she can drop to, hopefully, make it a deal he can’t refuse, and that’s to elope with no prenup, that’s how badly she wants this.”
